Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (not on weekends or holidays). Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days depending on destination and carrier. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships — allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, all sales are final — we don't accept returns, refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging and we'll review it and may send a replacement.
