HEEM Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. HEEM is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, HEEM is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Orders flagged as high-risk by our fraud detection system may be canceled or refunded at our discretion to prevent unauthorized transactions.

By placing an order on our website, the customer agrees to our shipping and fulfillment policies.
