HEEM Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and may provide a replacement if necessary.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and order details at checkout. HEEM is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Delivered Packages

Once an order is marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, HEEM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Fraud Prevention

Orders flagged as high-risk by our fraud detection system may be canceled or refunded at our discretion to prevent unauthorized transactions.
